Evolve Integrated Wellness takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to help clients reach their health, wellness, and physical fitness goals. The process begins with an initial interview to identify the overall reason for change and establish the starting point. From there we will collaboratively:

  • Create goals that are achievable and in line with your personal values.
  • Identify barriers that are keeping you from reaching your goals.
  • Develop a plan to help you achieve those goals.
  • Meet every two (2) weeks to celebrate successes.
  • Adjust the plan or set new goals as needed.

Don’t know where to start? No problem. Perhaps your physician has suggested a change based on blood work results or other biometric measures, such as weight.
